Our One Price Subscription program offers two options for subscription (billing) cycles: monthly or every 2 months. You will stay on a monthly subscription until your first subscription delivery is processed. Once the first delivery is shipped, you can then select your desired cycle option via MyPage for your future deliveries.

Each plan is limited to 2 per item.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime within your billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your next subscription order, please make sure you contact us or cancel by logging into your account before the billing date.

You will be charged on the day you sign up, and on the same day monthly for your subscription orders. We usually ship out the following business day.

Shipping for One Price Subscription orders in the U.S. are free of charge. For orders to Canada, there is a flat rate shipping fee of US$20. For all other international orders, there is a flat rate shipping fee of US$40.

Yes, you can change to 15 days before/after your original subscription date. Changes can be made by logging into your account.

Our goal is to find products that are best for you. Please contact Customer Support and we will be happy to exchange to an item of your choice. Each product can be exchanged only once per account. The new product will be delivered together with your next month's subscription order.

One Price Subscription orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
