A. California Online Privacy Protection Act

Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) stipulated on California Business and Protection Code Section § 22575, we do not track its customers over time and across third party websites for targeted advertising purposes.
Accordingly, we and the Website do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from the Website unless you provide it to them directly.

B. California’s Shine the Light Law

D. California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018

6) How you submit a request to us

• You may have an authorized agent, who is registered with the California Secretary of State, to submit a request on behalf of you regarding your personal information. Or, you may submit a request on behalf of your minor or child regarding his/her personal information.
• To submit such a request is referred to as a “verifiable consumer request”.
• If you would like to submit a verifiable consumer request, you also need to submit information that allows us to verify your identity, a copy of the registration and power of attorney by which you authorize the person to act, or sufficient information that proves the relationship about whom we collect the personal information.
  However, you may only make a verifiable consumer request twice within a 12-month period.
  
7) How we respond to you
• No later than 10 business days after we receive a verifiable consumer request from you or your authorized agent, we will confirm a receipt of your request and provide information about our response to your request. The information includes the verification process of your identity and expected period to respond to your request. According to the CCPA, we will verify your identity regarding your personal information before we fulfill the request.
• To verify your identity, we will ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
  We may request additional information, in certain circumstances, to confirm your identity, and we will inform you as soon as we may ask to do so.
• We may, however, not be able to fulfill your request if we are unable to verify your identity regarding your personal information. In this case, we will inform you that your identity can not be verified.
• Once we have successfully verified your identity, we will process your request that we disclose, provide, correct or delete (or direct our service providers to correct or delete) your personal information, in response to the types of your request.
• We will do our best to respond to you no later than 45 calendar days since we receive your request.
